Enhancing Security at Wardley Industrial Estate through Innovative CCTV Solutions

Wardley Industrial Estate, a bustling hub of 22 units encompassing research facilities, engineering firms, construction, distribution, and wholesales, required a robust security solution to ensure the safety of its premises. The challenge was to monitor diverse activities within the estate while safeguarding against potential threats. To address this, Wardley Industrial Estate opted for a comprehensive security upgrade through the implementation of a Remotely Monitored CCTV System.

The Product:

Wardley Industrial Estate decided to invest in a state-of-the-art security infrastructure, selecting a Remotely Monitored CCTV System equipped with cutting-edge technology. The system comprises 23 Hikvision IP Networked cameras strategically placed across the estate. Additionally, a Vehicle ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) camera, Pan Tilt & Zoom Dome Cameras, and External Static Cameras were integrated to ensure comprehensive surveillance.

The system includes advanced analytics detection with an External Tannoy System, providing real-time communication capabilities. All components seamlessly connect to a centralized Hikvision 32 Channel Networked Recording system. The External Security System is also linked to a Remotely Monitored CCTV Control Room, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the security infrastructure.

Vehicle ANPR for Access Control:

The Vehicle ANPR camera plays a pivotal role in monitoring every vehicle entering the site. This not only provides a record of vehicular traffic but also ensures that only authorised personnel have access, enhancing overall access control.

Surveillance for Business Activities:

The strategic placement of cameras facilitates surveillance of the yard, making it more secure and transparent regarding the flow of individuals entering different businesses. This not only deters potential criminal activity but also provides valuable insights into the day-to-day operations within the estate.

Hidden Areas Protection:

To thwart would-be thieves attempting unauthorised access, the system secures hidden areas and back entrances, ensuring that every corner of the estate is under surveillance. This proactive approach significantly reduces the risk of security breaches.

Tannoy System for Effective Communication:

The External Tannoy System adds a layer of communication, allowing for direct interaction with individuals on the forecourt. This feature enhances security protocols and ensures that important announcements or alerts can be communicated promptly, contributing to a safer environment.

Remotely Monitored Vigilance:

The entire CCTV system is remotely monitored, providing a real-time response capability. This ensures that any suspicious activity is promptly identified and addressed, mitigating potential risks effectively.

In conclusion, Protive has helped Wardley Industrial Estate successfully fortify its security infrastructure by implementing a Remotely Monitored CCTV System. The integration of advanced technologies not only enhances the overall safety of the estate but also provides a scalable and adaptive solution for future security needs. This investment not only safeguards the assets within the estate but also fosters a sense of security and confidence among businesses operating in the dynamic environment of Wardley Industrial Estate.
